We need a standard 110v plug to operate any equipment we may need.  Blenders, coffee machine, Ice maker.  We can work with your AV team to ensure the venue has the power we need to operate smoothly! For residential events, we also have the option to rent a generator if a power supply is not close. 

Liquor laws in Canada don’t allow the sale of alcohol from a mobile vehicle. The event holder is responsible for purchasing the alcohol and acquiring a Special Events/Occasion Permit from the AGLC so we can legally dispense any alcoholic beverages. However, we can help you order and purchase the alcohol for your event.  We will even pick it up and before and after your event for an additional fee! We want to make this as easy as possible for you!

A Special Events Permit allows for the sale and service of alcohol on special occasions, such as cash bars at weddings or private receptions, as well as larger public events. A special event permit is required any time alcohol is  served anywhere other than in a licensed establishment or a private residence. Learn more here.

First off, let’s talk.  We want to know what you see for your event, and be sure we are the right fit for you.  Once we have answered all your questions and put your mind at ease, we require a 50% deposit.  After our initial meeting, we will send you a quote so there is nothing left to chance.  If you book the “All In” package, and we find places to save money, those savings will be passed on to you in your final bill. 

Sally and Joe will always come with a human teammate.  Due to insurance, and other various reasons, you can’t rent just the bars.  Besides, our bartenders are ProServe certified to make sure you don’t have to worry about the details.  It’s our job to make your event as stress free as possible, so let us do that for you.

Medicine Hat is our “homebase”.  But that’s why we are mobile!  So we can go wherever you need us!  The first 50km of travel comes free! After 50km we charge $0.90/km. If your event is far away please get in touch so we can provide a quote. We love an excuse for a road trip!!

Also simply put, YES! We encourage it! Joe Jr. and Mustang Sally love to get dressed up. We can work with you to dress Sally or Joe to match your wedding party, or put us in touch with your planner to make them a part of your wedding. We just ask that you be respectful and always ask before fastening or sticking anything to our babies. They also enjoy all the FaceBook and Instagram love they can get!
